The STORM 80c is an 80W tunable color point source lamp in a compact, modular design.

The BLAIR-CG (Blue/Lime/Amber/Indigo/Red/Cyan/Green) light engine allows the 80c to cover more than 90% of the Rec2020 color gamut, producing richly saturated colors even in previously unobtainable shades such as accurate yellows and deep purples. Calibrated indigo emitters enhance the colors of naturally fluorescing materials to produce white light, across a CCT range of 1,800K-20,000K, that more accurately matches natural daylight and tungsten sources.

The modular build enables the yoke to be replaced with common grip mounts via the 3/8in threaded sockets, creating a low profile lighting option at just 6”x4”x4” that can be rigged anywhere. AC and 14.4V battery power capabilities make the 80c the most versatile fixture option from the Aputure line; it can be used with V-Mount or Gold Mount batteries, as well as cheaper power banks rated for 100W via the USB-C port.

The 80c has leading industry-standard connectivity options (Sidus Mesh, CRMX, and wired DMX capabilities with a USB-C adapter) and can work in extreme environments due to its IP65 dust and weather protection. It can be paired with a wide array of attaching modifiers compatible with the mini version of the ProLock Bowens Mount.
